About Denim

Denim is a durable, twill-woven fabric traditionally made from 100% cotton, characterized by its diagonal ribbing and a colored surface (blue, black, etc.) with a white underside. Conventional denim production often involves water-intensive cotton farming, harmful pesticides, and environmentally damaging dyes.

However, advancements in sustainable practices now allow cotton to be grown using up to 98% less water and without harmful chemicals, producing 100% organic, biodegradable cotton. Additionally, denim can be blended with other eco-friendly materials like hemp and lyocell, further enhancing its sustainability. These innovations make denim production more environmentally friendly and aligned with modern ecological standards.
